Avatar: Altered States, 1sentence, part one

Note: This has absolutely nothing to do with The First Cut - it's a personal project that came about through some chatting and plotting with amurderofcrows. To be perfectly honest, I'm doing it because I have an hour before my next class and nothing to do*. But there will be several sets, promise!
